| This isn't only directed at the ridiculously overzealous aggies that plague our fair state, but anyone who has more school spirit than common sense. College is one stage in life, occupying from 3-5 years. After that, you're no longer in college. The idea is you're suppose to get a life. You're supposed to have a life while IN college too. It was never intended for the center of a peron's universe to be a school. It's just a school. Some people think bleeding maroon or orange or whatever is a good thing, while I think it indicates an undesirable mental condition. Remember this: Yelling at a game and wearing an appropriately colored tshirt is standard; posing in front of the altar doing your school's hand sign or having your school seal on your casket is deranged. |
